All orders are processed through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Absolutely. Custom work is a big part of what Daddy's Leather Co. does. If you need a specific size, color, leather type, or something you don't see in the catalog, fill out the Custom Order form. Cameron will review your request and get back to you with a quote and timeline.
Shipping
Every piece is handmade to order — nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting to ship. Typical turnaround is 1 to 2 weeks from the time your order is placed, though some items like bags may take 3 to 4 weeks. The product listing will note the expected lead time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
All orders ship from Taylorsville, California via USPS or another standard US carrier. Tracking is provided after your order ships so you can follow it to your door. At this time, shipping is available within the United States.
Products & Leather
Yes — every photo in the catalog is a real piece Cameron made. No stock photos, no CGI renders. Because each item is handmade individually, yours may have very slight natural variation in grain pattern or color depth, but it'll look like what you see in the photos.
Depending on the item, Cameron works with full-grain veg-tan, chrome-tan, and oil-tan leather. Full-grain is the highest quality — it's the outermost layer of the hide with the natural grain intact, and it develops a rich patina over time. Chrome-tan is more supple and moisture-resistant, great for bags that see heavy use. Oil-tan is pre-treated with oils for a softer, broken-in feel from day one. The product listing tells you which leather is used for each piece.
Yes. Use the Custom Order form. Describe what you're looking for — dimensions, leather type, color preference, hardware — and Cameron will let you know what's possible and get you a quote.
Same level of craftsmanship, different purpose. The Everyday Essentials collection covers wallets, bags, and accessories designed for daily use. The After Dark collection is for adult accessories — made with the same full-grain leather and hand-stitching, just built for a different occasion. After Dark items are visible to verified adult customers only.
Returns & Care
Because everything is handmade to order, returns and exchanges are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact Cameron within 14 days of receiving your item and he'll make it right. For custom orders, please double-check your specifications before submitting — custom pieces can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
